Bret & Zel is an artisanal bakery inspired by Austrian cuisine based in León, Mexico. The brand was born to offer authentic bakery and other recipes from the home country of its founders, Austria.

 

The name is inspired by the word "Bretzel" a type of Austrian bread in the form of a loop that they usually sell on the street.

Branding is inspired by wheat, and some artistic trends from Austria. The communication line is creative and seeks to create a special link between the consumer and the product through all its applications such as packing details, menu and wall design and shopping experience.
