Sinforosa is a new concept located in Querétero, Mexico that offers three services: Deli/cafeteria, catering and cooking workshops, all in one place with the complete experience of great design, emotions, smells  and unforgettable flavors.

The menu is delicious and select, offering a wide variety of trendy drinks and balanced "comfort food" dishes that nourish the body and comfort the soul.

 

The concept has a close link with Mediterranean  gastronomy and style that generates an atmosphere of intimate warmth.

 

Sinforosa has several Italian meanings, she is a saint, and it is also a name that means "friendly".

 

Archetype

 

Sinforosa is a warm Italian woman, a faceless woman who is a great hostess, understanding and thoughtful. Their biggest goal is to do things for others to make them feel safe. It transmits generosity, compassion, protection and security. It drives people to live life with passion and enthusiasm, and it also communicates emotions related to love, family, friends, self-esteem and desire, always promoting coexistence.

The Branding is permeated with the Mediterranean style, in its shapes, patterns and colors. It is elegant, timeless, fresh and simple. The color palette is warm and olive green predominates.

 

The logo is a stylized typeface applied in different proposals and the isotype is an abstraction of the main elements in the concept: coffee and wheat. We designed an illustration of "Sinforsa", a faceless woman, representing the project's hostess, who converges in balance with all the aforementioned branding elements.
